Terms & Conditions – REBILE

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REBILE website (the “Website”) and any products or services offered through it (together, the “Services”).

By visiting our Website, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order with REBILE (“REBILE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website immediately.

In these Terms, “you” means any person or entity accessing or using the Website or purchasing from REBILE.

2. Compliance with UAE Law & Sanctioned Countries

In accordance with applicable United Arab Emirates laws and regulations, REBILE does not provide products or services to any country, individual, or entity that is subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other relevant authorities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Website and Services does not violate any applicable sanctions or local laws.

3. Use of the Website & License

REBILE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial use, strictly in line with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

  • Sell, rent, license, distribute, or commercially exploit the Website or any part of it.

  • Modify, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Website.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Website.

4. Our Products & Refurbished Devices

REBILE sells certified refurbished / renewed smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and accessories. These products:

  • Are tested and checked before being listed for sale.

  • May show minor signs of previous use, which do not affect core functionality.

  • Are sold with a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Product images are for illustration only. Actual condition, color, or packaging may vary slightly from the photos, but the device specifications and grade will match the description on the product page.

We reserve the right to update pricing, stock availability, and product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide (billing, shipping, contact details) is true and accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing or typographical errors.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.

  • Product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from REBILE. Our return policy is as follows:

6.1 10-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days from the date you receive the product if:

  • You changed your mind; or

  • You are not satisfied with the device condition as per the listed grade; or

  • The product received is incorrect compared to what was ordered.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind or non-defective return:

  • The device must be in good condition, not physically damaged or heavily used.

  • It must include its original packaging and any included accessories (where applicable).

  • We may apply a deduction or handling fee to cover operational and logistics costs. Any applicable fee or deduction (if used) will be clearly communicated before the return is completed.

6.2 Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If you receive a device that appears defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description:

  • You should notify us promptly within the 10-day period.

  • The device will be inspected and tested.

  • If confirmed defective (not due to misuse or physical damage caused by the user), we may repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on availability and our internal assessment.

6.3 Returns Not Accepted / Fees

We may refuse a return or apply a deduction if:

  • The device shows clear signs of misuse, impact damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.

  • The device is returned without required accessories or with missing parts.

  • The device is returned after the allowed return period.

Specific fees or deductions may cover shipping, inspection, or restocking where applicable.

7. Warranty

7.1 Standard Warranty

Most REBILE devices are sold with a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The warranty generally covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage, etc.).

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic imperfections.

  • Issues caused by third-party software or accessories.

We reserve the right to inspect the device and verify the claim. If the device is found to be outside warranty terms (for example, due to physical or liquid damage), repair or replacement may be offered at a cost.

7.2 Warranty Process

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact our support team using the details on our Website.

  • Provide order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos if requested.

  • We may ask you to send the device to us or to an authorized service partner for inspection.

Based on the assessment, we may:

  • Repair the device,

  • Replace it with a similar or equivalent device, or

  • Offer another solution as permitted under our policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and, where applicable, the laws of the relevant free zone or jurisdiction in which REBILE is registered.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Website, or your purchase of products from REBILE will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or agreed arbitration body within the UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted in a way that reflects the original intent as closely as possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
