2. Return Eligibility

A. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you received the wrong item and the packaging is unopened and includes all original contents, we will accept a return.
B. Product Arrived Damaged or Faulty
If the device you receive is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the listing, you may return it within our 10-day return window.
C. Change of Mind (10-Day Return Policy)
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your product, provided that:

Refunds for change of mind may include a small deduction to cover operational, handling, and logistics expenses.
3. Return Deductions / Fees
To ensure transparency, the following may apply:
• If the device is unopened and unused:
A small operational fee (0–20%) may be applied, depending on handling and shipping expenses.
• If the device has been opened but is unused and defect-free:
A 20% restocking/operational fee may be deducted + return shipping costs.
• Shipping Fees
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
(Items delivered with “free shipping” still incur return shipping costs.)
4. Refunds
We work hard to deliver high-quality, certified refurbished devices. However, if an issue occurs, we are here to assist.
A. When REBILE Cancels an Order
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to:

we will notify you promptly and process a refund.

Online payments: refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on delivery: refunded via bank transfer.
B. When You Return a Device
Once we receive your returned item, it undergoes inspection.

REBILE is not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
